OS X 10.7.3 breaks uploading binaries to the app store

Yesterday I updated to Mac OS X 10.7.3 and everything else ok (apparently I was lucky). I’ve just tried to upload a new binary to the appstore for my app but I keep getting the error:

1
iPhone/iPod Touch: Icon.png: icon dimensions (0 x 0) don’t meet the size requirements. The icon file must be 57×57 pixels, in .png format.

This appears to be caused by an update to libz in the 10.7.3 update. To fix this you need to download the new version of the application loader and use that to send your binaries to itunesconnect.
